This public-private data collaboration workshop used the design thinking method to connect the conceptual thinking and prototype development of the open data public-private collaboration model, allowing members to try to find solutions to issues from different aspects during the process, and through cooperation among different bureaus and offices, members of each bureau and office were guided to jointly think about the possible application scenarios and mindset of data with the innovative model-cross domain integration to help them think about policies.
