Yun-Nung (Vivian) Chen is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering at National Taiwan University. She earned her Ph.D. degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where her research interests focus on spoken dialogue systems and natural language processing. She was recognized as the World's Top 2% Scientists in her 2023 impact, the Taiwan Outstanding Young Women in Science and received Google Faculty Research Awards, Amazon AWS Machine Learning Research Awards, MOST Young Scholar Fellowship, and FAOS Young Scholar Innovation Award. Her team was selected to participate in the first Alexa Prize TaskBot Challenge in 2021. Dr. Tzu-Luen Lin is an Associate Professor at National Taiwan University’s Department of Political Science and Graduate Institute of Public Affairs. He also serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Office of Energy and Carbon Reduction under Taiwan’s Executive Yuan. Since 2005, he has been an active participant in the United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COP11–COP29) and the UN Sustainable Development Conferences. He has been instrumental in promoting Taiwan’s city-level climate diplomacy and is a strong advocate for encouraging youth engagement in UN climate initiatives and international environmental affairs. Dr. Lin currently serves as a member of the Presidential Office’s National Council for Climate Change Policy, and a board member of the “Future Earth Taiwan Committee” under Academia Sinica. His past roles include spokesperson for the Executive Yuan, member of the Presidential Office Human Rights Advisory Committee, member of the Open Government Task Force under the Executive Yuan, and Chairperson of the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy.

Kevin Chou currently serves as the CEO of the AIHPC Accelerator at Taiwan Web Service Corporation (ASUS Group). In this role, he is dedicated to fostering AI startups, promoting innovative AI applications, and developing business opportunities.Also, He was the incubation consultant for the "2025 Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Incubation Institution Development Project" under the the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMESA).

Current Chairman of Ai3 and Jinhua Information, and Co-founder of Chain Sea Information Group. He has many years of experience in integrating CTI/CRM systems with AI technologies, specializing in smart customer service processes, service big data analytics, and generative AI applications; he has led the development of numerous intelligent service systems. Mr. Hung, (Master’s degree in engineering, Cornell University (USA), EMBA, National Taiwan University, Bachelor in civil enginnering, National Taiwan University) brings over 25 years of experience in the traditional construction industry, including projects design, construction management, investment and development of large-scale public civil engineering projects such as high-tech facilities, high-speed rail, and high-rise residential and commercial buildings. In 2018, he entered the renewable energy sector with six years of experience in offshore wind farm development and operations with Japanese and German developers. In 2025, Mr. Hung joined FABULOUS POWER Co., LTD, primarily responsible for the development and operation of geothermal power plants.
